I am tired of seeing parents belittle their children on Youtube or Facebook. All posting those do is destroy your relationship with your child or perhaps even something worse. Izabel Laxamana did something that upset her father.
It is hard to tell what she did to upset her father as the video her father posted online just says this is what she gets for getting messed up. The New York Daily News is reporting that her father did not upload it but a friend of her father’s did thinking he was helping. No other source is reporting that and I am not sure if I believe it as it has been confirmed in multiple newspapers that he not only made her withdraw from running for next years class president but the principal announced that she was withdrawing due to not following her families rules. I have never seen any administrator give a reason for something like this which leads me to believe the father was able to convince the principal to do this or he is just over zealous on his own.
Her friends have given interviews to local newspapers and also said the father burned her clothes and smashed Izabel’s guitar.
The father, friend, family member, whoever really uploaded the video to begin with should have never done this. Public shaming of children needs to stop. Also to the father, what is wrong with you? Cutting your daughters hair like that and forcing her to go to school that way? No wonders she was tormented all day. Not just at school but everyday coming home and having to deal with you!
The original video has been removed but someone saved it and reposted the video on Youtube.
